Karolis Pocius is a Senior Advisor at Superia Corporate Finance.

Karolis previously was a partner in OAKLINS member M&A Baltics (2014 – 2018), and before that partner in GILD Corporate Finance and GILD Bankers (2005 – 2014). In the past, Karolis was one of the key persons in the investment and corporate finance company Hermis Finansai and FMĮ Balticum Management.

Through a career spanning over 20 years, Karolis, as an M&A professional successfully executed a number of trade sale, acquisition and merger assignments in the Baltic Sea region and Central and Eastern Europe. Some of his transactions include foreign and local acquisitions for energy equipment company Enerstena, facility management company Civinity, waste management group Econovus and power construction group Empower. He successfully closed trade sales of local companies to such groups as IMS- Stappert, Societe Generale Consumer Finance, BaltCap, Resource Partners, Avia Solutions Group, Bet Genius, Renerga of Achema Group, ITAB Shop Concept, Retal Group and others. Karolis has also completed several financing and restructuring transactions including those for plastic packaging leader Putokšnis, facility manager Civinity, wind park developer Baltijos Vejas and a leading fashion retailer Levuo.

Karolis holds an MBA diploma from McDonough Scholl of Business of Georgetown University (U.S.A.) as well as M.A., B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania).
