Food retail business of Linde Partika sold to VITA Markets
Linde Partika, a Latvian retail company, has sold its food retail business operating ELVI franchise stores to VITA Markets. VITA Markets takes over 15 stores and 380 employees of Linde Partika.
Superia Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial advisor to the vendor in the transaction.
