Sale of AMMUNITY to Scandinavian Astor Group
The shareholders of AMMUNITY, the leading private ammunition manufacturer in the Baltics, have sold 100% of their shares to Scandinavian Astor Group, a Swedish defense group. Superia acted as financial adviser to the sellers during the transaction process.
Based in Latvia, AMMUNITY specializes in the production of small-caliber ammunition primarily for military applications and serves as a key defense contractor to the Latvian Armed Forces.
