Sale of Bauhub to Admicom
Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to the founders of Bauhub OÜ in the sale of 100% shareholding to Admicom Oyj. As part of the transaction, the selling shareholders will reinvest part of the proceeds in Admicom Oyj shares through a direct share issue.
Bauhub is the leading construction project management SaaS platform in Estonia. Admicom is a Finnish pioneer in cloud-based software and business process automation, offering SaaS-based software solutions, training, consulting and accounting services to construction and building services engineering industry SMEs.
