Estonian Timberland Fund's forest portfolio sold to Tornator
Estonian Timberland Fund concluded a sale transaction for around 13,000 hectares of forestland to Tornator Eesti OÜ, a subsidiary of the Finnish forestry company Tornator Oyj. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Superia Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial advisor to Estonian Timberland Fund in the transaction.
