Energate sold to a group of private investors
BaltCap and a minority shareholder have concluded sale transaction of Energate OÜ, a gas infrastructure and trading company operating 123 km of distribution networks in Estonia and with annual sales of around 10 million m3.
Superia Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial adviser to the sellers on the transaction.
