Utilitas acquired Paide and Valka district heating businesses from Enefit Green
Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to Utilitas, the largest district heating company in Estonia, on the acquisition of Paide and Valka district heating businesses from Enefit Green.
The total acquisition price was EUR 15.8 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
Closing is subject to regulatory approvals from the Estonian and Latvian competition authorities.
